I stay in BEML Layout, Thubarahlli Bengaluru, Karnataka. I was using RailWire connection for Internet and I was pretty happy with the service. One fine day ACT guys came and said they had acquired the RailWire and so I need to migrate my connection from RailWire to ACT. I had already paid to RailWire for service till 11th October. When I told this to ACT , they said I won’t be charged till 11th Oct. They made me to pay ACT for the plan which will start from 12th October. I made advance payment to ACT. Now ideally as per discussion , I should not be charged by ACT till 11th Oct and my plan with ACT should start at 12th Oct for which I had already payment. These ACT Cheaters , have started the plan on 1st of October and so effectively it became as I paid to two companies (ACT and RailWire) fro the duration from 1st to 11th October.
Another disgusting thing with ACT services is, I already sent mail twice to their Support and all I got is auto-generated mails only. In that mail they promise to address the concern in 24 hours but no reply came from these cheaters in 48 hours also.
