Dear Customers and Admin,
I am Vibin and i use ACT Incredible Internet service package and they usually charge me around 2500 INR every month as internet bill.
I have been using ACT Fibernet more than year and half. Services were good but i guess billing department doesn’t have any idea of their jobs or their imbecility is getting beyond the limitations of Retardation. Recently, i realized their services charging methods includes charging a customer even when that particular customer have not used their Internet service for a FULL WHOLE MONTH!

I was in my native place and i haven’t used a bit of Internet for the ENTIRE month of April 2016 and i was clueless about how they are going to charge.
Till the month end of April 2016 i have received Text messages from ACT saying that my Total Balance amount was 1751.
I was back to Bangalore on May 05TH 2016. I Paid Total Balance amount 1751 INR. I felt ACT Fibernet had charged me 1751 totally for the both months of April and May 2016, whereas i haven’t used their service for April 2016 month, felt like ACT fibernet has Kindness among its customers.
After the payment, on 6th of May 2016 i have received SMS saying that i need to pay “disbursement pro-rata charges of 1994 INR” This is where Strong headed attitude of ACT Fibernet comes in. I called up customer care and i have received several calls from their billing department asking me to pay the remaining Balance, Neither the Customer care have no clue how i was charged and Billing department disconnects the call abruptly when i persistently asked them “How i was charged 1751 rupees for the entire month when i have not EVEN used their service??”.
Billing Department of Act Fibernet has the loudest audacity to ask for your bills but they don’t recognize their responsibility of explaining how their Customers were charged. Pathetic fools collected by Lamest Management of Act Fibernet who are ever ready to Plunder the Innocent Customers but have no gut to clear up their filthy mess. If Billing department cannot explain its customer how he was charged for the offered services…Who Will ?
I gave up my stubbornness and paid the remaining 1994 Balance amount fearing they would disconnect my internet connection. I do not believe ACT Fibernet is going to repent their ways not by this single complaint, Bigger companies like ACT, Airtel, PayTm etc very well known Corporate companies shove their Colorful Corporate Ads in our daily lives, they are ready to spend crores of rupees for such bullshit but they are never ready to help the customer who is getting hurt paying for what he has not used.
I do not think posting this complaint helps me any way and i believe this outcry is going to subside in the silence unanswered. Strangely core.nic.in does not work if you attempt to lodge a complaint, that’s how our corporate lobbyist government works. This is the fate of our country in the hands of Corporate jackals.
