I have filed a complain regarding shifting of my broadband connection 1 week ago. Initially they said it will take around 48hours and collected the ID proofs.
Now it has been 1week and still they say the same reason and delay the connection.
I have requested for disconnection and refund also 2days ago,but still they are not responding anything on the issue.
I request you to please solve the issue and get my refund as soon as possible.
