This complaint is to bring to your notice the major problem I’m facing after I upgraded to ACT. I opted for their service with expectations of consistent fast network and wanted to “Fell the Advantage” but everytime during a power cut our internet connection gets cut and I’ve been trying to call their customer service since 3 weeks and no one picks up kindly fix the problem.
