Dear Sir,

Broadband connection is taken on Jun 06, 2017 as per ACT packages. On Jun 07, 2017, from Morning Internet was not working, so , complaint is registered on Jun 07, 2017 at @ 2200 Hrs and confirmed by them it will be resolved within 24 Hrs, so, three times followup is done on next day with same reply from them and at @ 1900 Hrs (service engineer day closing hours) got message that issue is resolved (no confirmation call from ACT for taking feedback), but actually issue was not resolved and again they had confirmed that complaint is registered and will be resolved in next 24 hrs, by seeing their services I had requested to close my account and return my money, afterwards communication and response is very poor from them.
