Act Fibernet – Unauthorized Change of plan and holding my money for no reason

I got an increase in bill amount in October , when I contacted customer care they said the discounts have been stopped.
So I moved from CHNACTBLAZE to CHNACT BLAZE (6m + 2m) paid full amount on Nov 4th.

on Nov – 30th without my knowledge my plan has been changed to ACT Basic . So I called immediately and changed the plan back to 6m+2m.
I received a bill to be paid 775.87 and heard some stories from the Billing team.Though it’s not my fault, I paid it and got confirmation from the billing team that there won’t be any more plan changes/ charges. Because my work will get disturbed even for a day without the internet.

But this December again my plan has been changed. So I again contacted customer care and changed my plan to 6m +2m. At that time Customer executive said bill amount 268.57 is showing, since it’s not the customer’s fault it will be waived off.

On December 10th I received this bill amount 268.57 to be paid on dec 15th. When I contacted again they are saying I need to pay, else my connection will be disconnected.

I have paid 8000+ rupees and validity till Aug 4th 2021, But they are intermediately changing plan and putting charges. Already I paid 800 rupees
