This complaint is against ACT Fibrenet for deficit of internet services. We are a retail, trading and manufacturing company based in Hyderabad named Agromech Industries. Our main focus is on retail and we have availed the Corporate 1Gbps plan for our company. On the insistence of ACT Fibrenet we have been paying the entire amount of Rs. 98,388/- for the entire years plan in advance on January 1st every year. Accordingly we have paid the entire advance payment at January 1st, 2018. This is acting like encumbrance as we are unable to change our service provider despite their deficit services.
As company our daily functions are being disrupted as our billing, purchase orders, tenders, and many other activities are internet enabled. We are forced to work manually which is very time consuming and completely reliable as the chances of error by human agency are increased.
We have filed multiple complaints via email and phone calls on the customer care email addresses and phone numbers provided, but to no avail. There has been proper response from ACT Fibrenet nor has there any action on behalf of the company to fix the internet service.

This has been a prolonged issue and there has been a complete lack of action on behalf of ACT Fibrenet to resolve the issue or address it.
This has had adverse affect on the running of our organisation.
