Sir I purchased MS OFFICE 2016 from ACTSOFTWARE.NET online. The website bears the ADDRESS: 59 Block A, Defense Colony New Delhi, Delhi 110024
My billing Order No is; – 28539, Dated: – 07/12/2021 Time: 16:54:36. The online forum claims to give me lifetime Retail License Key for a single user.
01.The software downloaded but is not working properly.
02. The actsoftware.net online forum gave me a single license key which will only work for 21 days as written in their instructions.
03. While installing the office software it did not access the activation wizard as were instructed in the email.
04. Now I need the INSTALLATION ID & CONFIRMATION ID for lifetime activation of the purchased software that is not possible because the software have no such option in its installation process.
05. I sent email to the actsoftware.net team but no response at all. Their 24×7 support is a scam. So help me please.
