I did one contractual training for SAP FI with Atos, Delhi in Nov-Dec’2012. As per the Purchase order, Adler Infotech was supposed to deduct the TDS @10% on the bill amount. After a month, Adler transferred the amount to my bank account after deducting the TDS.
Now the problem starts. Every time when I am calling the concerned person Anju Kumar (Lead Recrutier) phone no. 08792886040 email anju.kumar@adlerinfotech.com, most of the time she was not picking the phone. Inspite of more than 10+ emails she was not having time to answer me even once. Once in a blue moon she has picked up the call & given the false assurance about the TDS certificate.
In the month of Sep’2013 finally I received a mail from her where she had given me the email address of Mr. Ritesh B. email ritesh.b@adlerinfotech.com Phone No. 09742001163, he is telling me I have recently joined the company. Every thing is ok from our side but our auditor (chartered accountant firm) has done something wrong. Their Senior (Mr. Deepak) email deepak.k@adlerinfotech.com has given every paper to the CA firm, but this is CA Firm fault that they had not submitted the TDS amount for 4 trainers.
When I had a word with Mr. Ritesh (After 60+ calls at their bangalore office no. 080-42083636 email info@adlerinfotech.com, Ritesh & Anju Kumar twice I got the reply from Mr. Ritesh that some audit issue is there in my firm & it will take another one month to resolve the TDS issue. When I told him to give everything in writing no reply received till date.
Now you can understand after reading this that they are making fool to me & other trainers along with the Income Tax Department. They are deducting the TDS amount while making the payment to trainer & not depositing it the government & this is the reason this information is not visible in Form 26 AS as per the income tax website as well.
Pls. ensure before finalizing the payment terms, because I know many other trainers who has not received the TDS amount deducted by Adler Infotech, A-1, BSR Mantralaya, 25th Cross, 19th Main, 80 Feet Road, Sector – 2, HSR Layout, Bangaore – 560 102
