Agri pure sampoorna atta – 10 KG atta packet smelling

We have purchased 10 KG Sampoorna atta packet from Big Bazar GIP Mall on 30-04-2016. I opened this packet 14 may 2016 but i wondered it smelling. it not looks okay to eat. i call to bog bazar customer care but they refuse to help further . I also tried to contact direct Agri Pur company. but no body picked up.
