Agrity Infracorp Pvt Ltd (Kolkata) Big Fraud Company
We would like to inform you that on the behalf of Raah Technology Pvt Ltd (Lucknow) I am director of company .we start the business with Agrity Infracorp Pvt Ltd Director’s Sanjeev Singh with one year work agreement between us and then they provide us work Guaranty Cheque of Rs 540000 .
For start this business I borrow money from my relatives and friends and I given Rs 225000 for security money to Agrity Infracorp by RTGS (UTR No=sbinh13288332424 dated 15/10/2013) and also purchase the pc,furniture, and other electronic device which are need for work.
And then we hire Ten person for complete that task as per requirement given by Agrity.
but when we completed all the task within time period .in December month and when we claim for our payment Rs765000 = Rs 540000(Work Payment)+225000 (security money ) as our complete payment related to the task. In pale of whole payment they paid us only RS 33000 Thousand by NEFT Transfer on A/C of Raah Technology and assured us to pay remaining amount after week. But after that they start given us Date and Hope‘s in place of remaining payment but never pay us any amount.
While those employees which I hire for that work they become very unhappy when they didn’t find there payment from my side.
And when I call the contact person of Agrity Mr.banarjee and Mr.Saurabh Joshi Regarding the payment. They never reply proper and after two month they finally block the conversation from us
Now sir the condition is arise people start blaming me so I feel socially and financially harassment.
I have to do pay payment for those employees .they innocent person are also facing financial crisis
Finally I present the work Guaranty cheque of Rs 540000 in a bank where manager reply us that the payment for this cheque is stopped by the Agrity Infracorp pvt ltd.
Sir I am facing very serious fraud so it’s my very humble request to you please help me to come out from this serious fraud.
