Dear Team,

My reservation no is 90536579..I have errorneously chosen the extras, only wanted baggage allowance of 30 kgs, however I was billed with Insurance fee which I do not wish to avail…
Requesting you to kindly refund the extra charges on my credit card…Requesting the reversal of insurance charges and seat selection charges…

Your website should give the information of charges before confirming the ticket howver it is shown only after the amount is debited..
