I started working with AIR GLOBAL MEDIA ENTERTAINMENT from 17th October, 2017 as RELATIONSHIP MANAGER (50k Salary which is mentioned in my offer letter given by the company) due to some personal reason I won’t be able to go Mumbai till a month though can go after a month but till a month I won’t be able to go Mr. Krishan (partner of the company who hired me) Agreed on that he said okay you can join and after a month as per the company’s requirement you have to go with company to Mumbai and all the expenses will be handle by company only,
But things didn’t work so Mr. Krishan changed his wordings and said within 3 days you have to come with us to Mumbai otherwise please resign so this is why Company means Mr. Krishna Kumar Asked me to Resign after Resignation I Requested Company AIR GLOBAL MEDIA ENTERTAINMENT please Transfer my Amount in my account including Cab Expenses (as it was promised to pay) I came twice by my own one day I Paid 310₹ 249₹ Both Side Cab this much Amount and the other day i paid 149₹ 247₹ both side this much I also have the Screenshots of cab booking so 4days salary and two days cab allowance please pay As Soon As Possible in my SBI Account My account details are:-

Mr. Krishan said I’ll get the salary after 3-4 days of Resignation but the same day he changed his wordings and said our company release salary on 7th of every month so you’ll get salary on 7th But even on 7th I didn’t gt the salary Thn I messaged him on Whatsapp that when and how soon I’ll get the Amount in my Account he said I am not in India you can call my partner he’ll send the Amount in your account I called his partner Mr. Afzal Chaudhary he said he’ll pay in cash for that I have to meet I asked why you’re not transferring in my account he said as Mr. Krishan is out of India so we cannot do documentation without him if you’re in need take cash I said my Brother will come to you and will receive the cash salary payment after this conversation he stopped answering my call Thn I asked Mr. Krishan that why Mr. Afzal is not answering my call he said very rudely that I don’t know and it’s not my concern Thn again I called Mr. Afzal that time he answered my calls and said I am busy will call you in the Evening Thn will tell you when you can come to receive salary but Thn again he stopped answering my calls no one responding back and I really don’t understand where to contact and how I’ll get my salary because it’s clear they don’t want to pay my salary I have all the proves like my Offer Letter WhatsApp chat and everything, I request to the concern person please ask them to release my salary.
