I am using a Aircel sim 7615913535 and company charged me(Rs. 35 so many times) for Smigglemobi service. I called their customer service and they dont behave in positive manner and says that this service was activated via online ads and literally I din’t turn on my data connection. So how could it be possible??? They says its non-refundable…. I never respond such calls/msgs or emails and never click on any ads. Then how is it possible?? Company is not responding audits a fraud they are stealing money from customers for no reason.
