I ordered JBL Company’s earbuds on the deal of BUY 1 GET 1 FREE deal for the cost of Rs. 1599/- from the website named www.grimsonz.com and instead of receiving JBL Earbuds I have received EXTRABASS STEREO HEADPHONES. The product which I have received is damaged completely and even the packing of the product was torn off.
I have even tried calling the Customer Care Number : 8720926036 which is there on the receipt of seller’s address details, and even tried to mail at care@aironwears which is also an incomplete email id and even the customer care number is a fraud.
Please it is my request to Payback my amount on the following number : 9158049616
