I ordered Jbl company earbuds on the deal of buy 1 get 1 (jbl+sony) free deal for the cost of rs 1599. From the website named www.beatsstop.com and instead of receiving (jbl+sony). But i have received EXTRABASS STEREO HEADPHONES. The product which i have received that’s no i ordered.
I have been tried calling the customer care number:8720926036 which is there on the receipt of seller’s address details,even tried to mail at care@aironwears which is also incomplete email id and even the customer care number is a fraud.
During such tough times in the Covid Era these people are cheating the civilians. Sir its my request that kindly return my money (1599/-) back as soon as possible.
Please sir, i hope you understand our situation in this time. Please sir replace this order or refund my money.

I have order three dress @ Rs. 899. But I received old clothes instead of dresses I ordered. Its fraud at large that I realize today after reading all these complaint. It is totally fraud, I ordered Sony & jbl earbuds worth rs.1589/- on cod.but when i received parcel there in local class earfon by made in China.it was delivered by ekart courier.i think courier company is involved in on commission base.because when I contact him he could not reply properly.he said i can not give our office adress.we have no any branch and office.what means.
