I have requested for a new broadband connection from the Airtel app and few days later I got call from Airtel employee. He asked me to send address proof and other details and the amount of 4000 for 6months subscription. Next day, installation engineer called me and said Airtel is not available in my area. So, i called back the previous employee and informed the same. Starting from that he started avoiding my calls and started saying he will refund the amount but almost 8 months over and that never happened till now.
I know his name, mobile number, payment reference number and WhatsApp chat history but there is no way to communicate and give complaint against that employee through Airtel app or website.
