When I go to the website for doing my recharge,,, and then select my plan and pay through net banking. After that, OTP will come and according instruction I would did all these. When the payment was successful then I check my number but the recharge was not successful full. I thought that It will takes some time time. But after two or more days finally I decided to complaint.. that’s why I am here now.. so, please kindly inquire these side and accept my complaint
