Sir i had done recharge of Rs 320 on 16-4-2016 of my dth id – 3011583742 . I had done this recharge through my airtel app by internet banking sbi.
The amo of Rs 320 was deduct from my a/c but recharge not done.
I was complaint at customer care and website also my complaint no. Is – DT041700050 but they did not solve my problem. I’ve sent my bank statment on airtel email id but did’nt refund my 320Rs. Please sir kindly solve my problem.
