I had made two transaction through a online airtel website for online recharge on my mobile on 28th September 2013, of Rs. 222/- & 555/-.
Both the transactions failed.
out of those two transaction Rs 222/- had been refunded to my account, but Rs 555/- is not.
I mailed to airtel with all the proofs(Ref. id given by them & transaction Id give n by bank) but they are denying for the Rs. 555/- transaction.
I had talked to in my bank branch they said that it’s the problem from there(airtel) end only.
My Bank is State bank of India.
