Airtel – Increase in unbilled usage day after day

My postpaid connection got activated on 13th March 2015 and my billing cycle is 20th of each month. My new bill cycle started on 20th March 2015 and on the same day I changed my plan from myplan 999 to myplan 1599 with 3375 free local mobile minutes and 5400mb 3g data. I was told that my unbilled usage will remain zero until I consume my free benefits, but I have used only 426 local minutes and nearly 900mb 3g data and still my unbilled usage increased to 158 rs only after 2 days. It keeps increasing day by day. I filed two complaints (PO032300118 and PO032400098) on Airtel website but I still haven’t got my answer. If my unbilled usage keeps increasing at this rate then I want my number disconnected. My postpaid number is 9622641229 and is registered in the name of Waheeda Bano.
