I moved from Voafone to Airtel 5 months ago.From day 1 I am not getting signals at my house.i get them everywhere else.It is not that my house is in cellar.Its in a proper colony and on main road.Airtel did not work towards It even after raising so many complaints.Pathetic.Recently I applied to move back to Vodafone.Then Airtel people called me not to move and they will resolve issue in 5 days.I waited .Then after 5 days I get a message that the issue is resolved.But is not.Very poor customer service.
