Lucknow is the capital of Uttar Pradesh. Yet the Airtel is unable to improve and provide good service for both voice call (2g) as well as internet (4g). Few days back they have stopped prepaid recharge of Rs 48 (3GB data for 28 days). To avail this data pack, now we have to compulsorily make a recharge of Rs. 49. Now this is nothing but blatant cheating on their part. Every day they keep bombarding SMS stating “Congratulations, we have launched a new 4G tower in your area.” But the reality is that since many months, the Airtel service in this area (pincode 226013, Sahara City Homes) has deteriorated from bad to worse. I am beginning to think of changing over to another service provider.
