Airtel – refund my amount

I need a broadband connection on my home(jodhpur), So I have registered my details at Airtel broadband official website . after that I have received a message from “AD-AIRWRK” as “Hi, to fulfil your new Airtel Xstream Fiber request we have assigned a representative Ashish with mobile number 07947042802. Expect a visit soon. Please don’t pay activation fees in cash.” So I have contacted that allocated person Ashish & he wants me to check the plans & to send the below Required documents (*Required Documents*
*Adhar or DL front and back
*Mobile number
*Mail ID
*Installation address). after that I have shared those documents & the selected plan details. Then he wants me to pay through Phone pay & i have paid it on 26-07- 2023 also attached evidence PFA. After paying the amount, i didn’t receive any official message from Airtel for the confirmation of order placed. So i called him but he didn’t picked up after paying the amount. need my payment back .Attached all payment evidence & WhatsApp chats. kindly, pls refund my amount & resolve this issue ASAP.

* Write Airtal in company name section and write your complaint in detail
* Enter your personal information (email will not be published)
* Get refund / replacement / damages from Airtal.
