Hello Airtel Official,
I am Siddhartha S, Airtel Pre-paid customer,
On 15 April 2022 around 4 PM of IST, I tried to recharge my mobile number by using Net Banking through Airtel Webpage, After my try I got the message that ‘your recharge amount of Rs.666 is under process’, later after few minutes I got the message that ‘Hi, payment of Rs.666.0 via Net Banking has failed Order Id: 6920686988813299712. If money has been deducted, it will be refunded to your account within 7-10 days’, But so far I have not received any repayment amount, please look into the issue and help me get my money back.
