My Internet isn’t working from 2 June 2021 since morning and i raised a complaint regarding the issue at around 12:00 PM. Their policy is to solve the issue in the next 24 hours but even after 6 days that is 8 June 2021, my Internet is still not working and their Customer care only tell me to wait till evening and sometimes next morning for the internet to get working.
Local employees doesn’t even bother to fix my internet problem.

My internet is not working since 4 days,. 19 sep 2022 , how can register complain , there is no any option for other netwrok user. not given the facility by website.
I Recharged Yesterday but as of now we cant able to connect to the internet.
Service People from Local area are not responding. After installation no one attended the Service issues.
My internet working with extremely pathetic speed
