Ajanta Exports Industries – Thief

I bought from an Ambala ebay seller a medical device of 540 dlls on september 2013. There was free shipping . I never received the item.
The FDA didnt release it. All the time I keep in touch with the seller and he always told me it was everything fine. Always told me “in a few days you will receive your item” . I also call fedex but they never give a reasonable answer. Two weeks ago I make a two hour call to fedex asking them for an answer and they told me that the item was destroyed because the item didnt reach FDA standards. They told me the seller give instructions for destroy it. I contact inmediately the seller and he told me a lot of contradictions. Finally he accept that the item was destroyed. Sadly the ebay guarantee has expired. I ask for a refund and the seller told me that the item production cost is 250, the shipping cost 230, so he can refund me 20 dlls. Now he is hidding from me. They stole my money and vanished
