AKBAR TRAVELS – Not issuing refund after cancellation of ticket

Dear Sir,

I have booked a ticket through akbar travels in the Indigo Airlines. I cancelled my ticked online on 05.05 2021 as per the covid protocal of Maharastra Govt. After 2 days I have received mail from Indigo that your amount is refunded to your travel agent. After being so many mail and telephonic followup from akbar travel they are not issuing refund.

As per the guidelines of DGCA travel agent cannot hold the customers refund once it is received from Airlines company. Akbar travel ( Travel agent) is not following the same.

Request you to take strict action against him as I am not getting any satisfactory reply from their side.
