We have purchased akme property in gurgaon area some 3 years back, but still now we are not able to get possession of the same. Even unclear about when will be able to get the possession of same. We are not able to get in contact with akme staff. Nobody knows now who is owning up this project now.
We are re-paying loans to bank but don’t know whether will be able to get the property or not as bank is least bothered about fraud builders. They just want the money back from us. Am not sure whether government is doing something to protect the people like us from such fraudlent builders or not?
