Dear All,
after my interview they told me your selected and go to medical, selected as a electrician in Shipping company ( cruising hospitality management services pvt ltd) for Singapore, they offer 50, 000/- salary per month, i done medical, after medical he said please deposit 25000/- for security purpose and we will return after completion of your ticket, also he told me he giving 10 days training from shipyard mumbai, with CDC Certification, I Just want to know whether this company realy exist or not or any this kind of incident happened in past. please advise me. Should I pay money or not.
I am done medical for amount of 5750 and now asking for amount of 26750 is this reliable one

Now i will share what i understood till now, with both physical visit to this al alfanar ofc at navi mumbai and also through the comments thread here on this page , i verified by calling few guys who commented here here about the fake/fraudness of this consultant.
1. once through ad, u will contact them, they start running after u, like got any bakra [ goat ] and yet, whenever i called from my side within a min, we had a chat, they will behave like,,, yes hello..who is this…as if they are dealing with loads n loads of people.n just forget with whom they just now had a chat few seconds ago… 😛
2. i make it clear again and again, and asked till the time of registration fee Rs 300 k whether there is any other fees later on [ including hidden charges] if any or not.. n as expected they said….not at all..only this 300 is one time payment…but after the so called 1st round interview , they called at so unusual time. and talking in such an arrogant way…that u have the very next day, for next round. with keep reminding again n again that..that includes medical round, which will cost around some 5500 bucks n then dont tell us that u have not told abt paying 5500 bucks….that strikes me….how much greedy these ppl r after tht amount after all..
its a common thing among we jobseekers…that in desperation of cracking any jobs… we r like open book…can do anything to get a genuine job..n these con men taking that into their shitty advantage…looting us in the name of giving hope…
3. here comes another doubt !!
The first round interview is like kids play….few uneducated labor type people came as jobseekers. n as of habit..n curiosity , they’re keep asking about the job, locations, client and company..thus their staff be like….yeah yeah..its big company..n blah blah blah shits.. 😛
and upon asked about where is the interview n when….they r keep repeating…its going on..at the back side of our ofc and all…but trust me..except we all men present in tht room , no one else is there…only these metric class , 5/6 boys [staffs] roaming in n out here n there..n these 3 ordinary looking girls with formal suit boot…siting alone at the reception desk inside…but these male bugs keep behaving as if there are numerous people waiting here n there… no. of restrictions…seat here n ..silent ur phone..this that like bogus stuffs…
4. anyws…i am 1000% damn sure… the so called interviewer who represented as HR client..is 100% + bogus n fruad..n she is so annoying and egoistic that i am more than 100% sure that c is no outsider.. c herself must be staff of this so called al alafanar. 😀 😛 [ no big surprise ]
5. at the time of interview..when i came across this medical stuff first time,, i clearly asked how much it will be..n whether we have to do it at your designated clinic/dispensory/hospital or any pvt. medical or govt medical as per my convinience …at tht time c clearly told me without properly meeting eyes..that yes ..anywhere u can do that…..but later on phone call..this lady caller asking to do at their designated clinic…so smart guys within a blink of eye can gauge what these people are…
now coming to the comment thread part… i called 3 people who have given negative feedback abt it..n .with their phone no mentioned i called n verified the source…u will laugh out loud the way these innocent people lost hefty amount and bear all this mental torture and agony…infact one is there a local mumbai based guy…who clearly says..how big fraud these people are..
so guys just take a chill pill….n never dare to look at these fraudsters..they con u step by step….by luring u with attractive words and hope,,tht yes..u r selected so easily for some high status foreign like job..

One thing I want clarify is that so many complaints are posted here but no reply from the company… This is the reality of company. And those who made comments in favour of the company may be they are part of the company. That’s it….. I wasted Nr by R’s. 30000/- and valuable my 5 month….. This is really good to see that we share our experience to help others to save us from fraud that is taking place in different part of India in different sector. Your active response is helping all our friends to avoid to fall prey to this type of activity that is taking place.. My request to all my friends is to make sure that we all cross check the company details in Goggle search. Ask for a receipt for any amount we pay. Ask them to give in writing on their company letter head. Ask them for their Authorization certificate. I think this precaution will help us to save our hard earned money of near & dear ones. Regards

My brother abdul majid has paid 5000 for his medical at al-alfanar management service pvt ltd….n clear with his medical now they are telling to pay 25000 n after three months they will give one month training n then send him on ship with 35000 salary on sales man post….. should he pay the money……
Heavy workload working beyond 12hrs
I am shiva kutty I had seen add in newspaper, so i applied in al alfanar for the post of welder and then got selected for the post of same in passenger ship. they provided me good salary package. so i was very excited at that time. but when i joined i am facing heavy work load.they are giving me double overtime but Sometime they used to work me beyond 12 hrs.
So its humble request to the management to do some favor for me.
Not fixed weekend off
not getting weekly holiday

wo log ne mujhe bola k 90 to 100 working days me mera joining hoga but mujhe 5 month baad job mila,
mujhe job late milne se problme nahi hai, mujhe yaha ka management mujhe week me ek din b chutti ni deta hai.
mujhe week ni tho atleast 2 week me tho ek bar chutti milna chahiye na.
Please meri chutti k liye mera complaint accept kijiye.

I am from Kerala me and my friends(11Friends) Done our Interview and medical for medical we paid 5750 RS then we paid 50000RS for security Deposit in the Month of September they were saying that December 25th They will send us to Singopore,,,then they Change their Date to January,again Februry 25th Now they are saying end of March so plsssss don’t pay when single Rupee

I’m same feel these company. I’m feel they are uneducated and she’s HR hand writing and receptionist bad like under matric student. They office is looking down lights like bars, attractive photos like ship,cruise,plumber, welder like. They directly selected like. A sort listing interview. Without need of any passport they send all first job location Singapore.right😀
They also want 27,600 security deposit. And want 90 working days for sent. They directly send medical for 5750 inr. I
All point are I’m understand. But my question is these fraud game medical centre also collaborated??? Plz give and brothers!

Hi, I am Shafiq, I had gone for the interview and they told me you are selected, then they done my medical for which I paid Rs 5760/- and after the medical they demanded me Rs 25760/- I paid this amount before 60 days, they told me, in between 60 to 65 days you will revived a confirmation call and you join your training and also job. They offered me 70k to 80k per month for the Computer Operater job on a cruise ship. There is 60 days have been passed, but no responses. what do I do? Plz advise me on 8149634185
Bro, nothing can be done now. 1st of all you had to ask for a written proof of the payment which am sure you didn’t. 2nd they write clearly on the top left of their advertisment that recruitment is for free but still you paid the money. 3rd maximum amount taken for a medical test will be below 2000rs(you can do a full body checkup in that money from any other doctor). & 4th and THE MOST IMPORTANT is that even police won’t help you because its INDIA my friend (Money can buy and thing and anyone here). So for now would just request you to inform others and please do online research from every resources that you have and then only go for any other interview. Sorry for being that hard but that’s the fact.

I had given the interview in the month of MAY 2016 but still now no response received yet. I had given Interview – Medical – Amount Deposited 25000 – They hv given the time of 3 months bt its been 6 months. They are saying in this month i.e. NOV 25-30 we i ll receive the VISA….Lets see hope for the best.
All are frustrated with this procedure.

Even I’m also selected as Assistant manager in hotel management through al alfanar management in July 2016. They said u will get confirmation call on Nov 25 but that day they said ur verification process has not done yet…u will get the call on Jan 25. Now they are not even ready to take my call.

In month of JAN i was given an interview and apply for Mech Engg. & done medical checkup and deposited some money also…then in Al-alfanar management services pvt ltd , Navi Mumbai there HR says me now it will take few days time limit will spend for joining process for got you a job.
but after one month time i get scared about if they not given me job or my money wasted , then i visited Alafanar office they again says me it will take few days time limit and then i decided and thought for given complaint in complaint board. But after 4 – 5 days from al-alafanar , HR’s call me and says ” Sir you are selected for job which you have applied and received your joining letter from our office at Al-alfanar management services pvt ltd , Navi Mumba . then i visits ALFANAR and got my joining letter and agreement copy . Now I am Happy for got me a job in cruiseship.
Althought Never waste my money and job & career opportunity to work on Cruiseship.
