I am Sanjay was working with alchemy solutions. When you people will join alchemy they will show you the heavy colorful dreams. but when you will leave the company, they will not cooperate you. You will feel as if they are torturing you. Under Alchemy I was working with some company. Due to project completion , my am released from that (some) company . Alchemy use to give salary on or before 5th of every month. On or before 5th of that month Alchemy had not paid me. After 5th of that month , Alchemy released me from their pay-role. Till Date I have not received my F & F settlement. When ever I am writing them mail regarding this, they are telling after 90 days you will receive the F & F settlement. So according to my suggestion, before going to Alchemy Solution’s Pay-role go through the written proof of all the things and if possible then choose some other consultancy rather than Alchemy Solutions. This is my personal experience on this Alchemy Solutions, Bangalore.
