I ordered a suit from Alizeh Collective through aayra_collective12(instagram business account).Before ordering when asked about the material,i was told it is cotton.On receiving the material turned out to be garden(polyster).Within 5 mins of receiving product,i told aayra_collective12 that i want to return the product and sent the photos as well.She responded vaguely and then stopped responding at all.

* Enter your personal information (email will not be published)
* Get refund / replacement / damages from Alizeh collective.
They r fake I ordered as per the video .but received wrong size and nothing like the post . Pls wld request u to defame them as they r frauds ….Because of these kind of people other small business people get affected …..
Ordered a black chikankari suit received a totally different suit. Disappointed.

The business keeps telling me ‘mam ho jaega’
It has been 10 days now
Same case with me also. Had ordered for 3 dresses, and unfortunately paid by GPay. Received completely wrong dresses, of wrong pattern and wrong sizes. Inspire of generating return request, not picking up and not responding also. They are cheaters.
They should be black listed and a legal action should be taken against them for frauds with customers
Is there any other legal way to atake action against them?
