I was sold a plot on yamuna expressway in a project amaroo greens by amaroo buildcon. (Director – lalit gogia, registered address: plot no. 289, 1st floor, jagriti enclave, anand vihar, delhi – 110092).
But i was never handed over the plot. No registry done till now. I have paid 12 lac + 14.5% service tax into their account.
I am raising a legal action against the company and director. Anyone else want to join?
