I had items paid for that never arrived for a maximum of 2 months, November and December of 2023, they have cancelled my account, and are refusing to open it back up. I’ve been a customer for years, and “People like me are why there’s 2 factor authentication on people’s accounts,” They have let people hack me, change my details, and so on, no one deserves this treatment, I was promised that by Christmas, I was going to receive gifts, never happened, they have just repeatedly lied, to gain business, and that’s not how I work, they have put 1 time passwords on my account, all this shit, and I’m sick of it, Jeff even gave my account away, at one point, I gained access, and I could see, my hackers, had 5-6 pages, in my name, delivered to their location, “Thanks for Prime and all the free stuff,” They’re willingly withholding my account from me, and they know it. Even freevee, that is promised to be completely free, is not! You have to pay for it, X amount of binge episodes! I paid them, and they shut me off, they shut my service off, all my subscriptions, everything, I am canceled. Deceptive!
