Amazon Mission Hall – They froze the money after I deposited it

I deposited Rs 500 for an order and they told me I will recieve Rs 575 in return,but later it showed that the order got frozen. Now they have not been online for 2 days. There is no other way to contact them. I guess I lost my money. In the beginning they offered Rs100 as bonus to show us that they are not fraud. In my second order i deposited Rs 500 but the account got froze and they went offline. Now no one is replying to my messages. I feel cheated. I hope no one else gets to be cheated after reading my complaint. The claimed that they are safe to use. My bank account details are binded so i am scared. I don’t have any option to remove my bank account details. I hope this complaint reaches the right place. I was going through a hard time so i thought of making pocket money to help me with my financial problems,but this is what happened and i lost my money.
