Dear sir/madam…..
Dear sir may name is rampal singh mene Ramchand ke name se mungawali to indore ke liye ticket book kiya. but bus me bethaya nhi gya or paisa bapis condition 20-30% deduction.
Travel detail-

charge – 800 (only two seat)
problem –
1. Chanderi to indore travel charge 300 he but 500 to 800,1000 rupeas liya ja rha he (only single seat) or uske sath me 1 sheet per 1 person ki jagah 2 person ko bhethaya ja rha he……….
2. bus sitting capacity se jayeda bus me sabari bethaya ja rhi he………

Bus condition very dirty and not clean I have pay 700 rupees but I am not satisfied and bus time 9 o’clock but 1 hrs already let now .next day my exam but staff is not seriously .any body help and support 🙏
Dear Sir,
I would like to inform you that I am traveling Indore to waidhan on 24-01-23.
Conductor of this bus misguided me when I was taking ticket by travel agency he called travel agency agent and told that my ticket already booked then he talked to me and told that no need to buy ticket from travel agency or online he committed that he will provide me sleeper seat at collect ticket charge by me but on the way he did not give me proper seat and he sleeped and helper of bus misbehave with me.
I am patient of neurology I am not able to travel 26 hours by seat.
So I request you to take proper action.
