I have ordered ( order No. # 17589 – ambyfricks ) a pack of three women’s long dresses (Kurthi’s) on November 10th, 2021.
It was COD, I paid Rupees eight hundred and received the parcel on November 15th, 2021 around 04:30 pm.
The material shown in PIcture was completely irrelevant to the one received.
The material colour, pattern and quality does not match with the description given in the picture from ambyfricks.com
the material was horrible, the material was used-product which was torn and restiched , there was oil grease and stains.
During these pandemic times, such an unhealthy ( spreading viruses ), unethical way of doing business cannot be tolerated as an accidental error.
This is a well planned way of cheating customer service with fraudulent motives.

The support — care@kurtiwear contact number 9670899279 does not exist.
It was FAKE.
From this “File Complaint Online” portal, there were approximately 120 complaints, what was the action taken on it.
even though there were many repeated complaints still the product advertisement still rolling in website.
