I Pay for Shoes online on Amdesi.com by dabit card I received confirmation mail but it’s been 9 days, the are not replying my mail or live chat massage, or they are not sending my product status mails even on their site order status is empty , they didn’t have any customer service Number to call please help my order no is 12052775

I am thinking of ordering from this site, which is what brought me here. Please tell if this site is genuine coz the discount they r offering is crazy.
They aren’t genuine. I haven’t received my order even after 35 days. There is no way to communicate with them. It is a fraud company.
Cash on delivery option is not available in this site why ?
I want to remove theis complain because everything is settling now they contact me now so I hop it’s all gating on the way
