I ordered one beautiful looking neck piece from Instagram @amoraartsandjewels on Friday 22/04/22 around 7:30 pm the payment was done through google pay because there was no option for cod(cash on delivery).
I was so excited and eagerly waiting for my neck piece to arrive because my mother was going to wear it on one occasion but after receiving the order she was truly heartbroken it was not what we ordered what we expected it to be the colour was totally different some cheap ugly looking neck piece it was.
I received my neck piece on 25th April 2022 which is today around 11am after unboxing my package I saw the neck piece was not what I expected what they made me expect it was looking totally opposite to the picture she thugged me by showing a different picture on their Instagram and sending me a totally different neck piece.
It was a gift for my mother which she was going to wear it on a coming occasion but now she’s totally heartbroken because after talking to her showing her the difference she refused for the return.
This is so wrong what she is doing she’s scammed me and then I said I’ll file a complaint against you she charmingly said yes please thank you. This is a mental harassment. I here therefore plead for my justice.
