Have a property with Amrapali Group in Itech Park Greater Noida since 2008. There assured return cheques have been bounced from the month of July 2016. The concerned authorities have been not responding & when they do they give false promises for the same.
I would want to take a legal action against them as I have suffered in all the purchases I have made in Amrapali Group properties.
Is there anyone responsible to take this matter & solve the issue before I file a legal complaint in Coiurt.
