I have purchased a Samsung 64 GB Evo Micros Memory card – Buy 1 Get 1 Free, amount Rs.1098 with shipping charge, but the product is fake & duplicate. When i inserted them on cellphone both of them not working….
So kindly look into the problem and solve it as soon as possible.

I have placed an Order for “Samsung 128 GB and 64 GB Evo MicroSD Memory Cards Buy 1 Get 1 FREE” Model No SMCSD12864-2 vide Reference ID 20400, Order ID 1776787 for INR 1499.00 (COD) on date 31st January 2018 which was delivered by DELHIVERY on 5th February 2018 on payment of INR 1499.00. After opening the parcel I put 128 GB Memory card in my Smart phone ‘Lenovo Vibe K4 Note’ and found that it is CORRUPT.
I immediately placed the request for return of material vide Return ID 818 on date 5th February 2018 with a request to refund INR 1499.00 to me.
Surprisingly there website does not contain the procedure for return.
I am trying to contact them through the links given on your website. But getting no response from them.
It seems that they don’t have a practice to reply the customers neither to take care of return request made by them. The phone no given by on website 8020504036 is also wrong. So that they don’t have any botheration from customers.
I want refund of INR 1499.00 paid by me.
