dear sir we r booking my train tickets through book my train . we are complate details given but not gurrented my train tickets and my account deducted amount before 26 hours.
i requested my amount refund in my account

I hv booked Dehradun to Haldwani Tatkal ticket
Vide my payment id 199017705 drd 6th july 18
However rs 2585.00 for 2 tickets deducted but
Ticket did not done, I contacted PayUmoney who given me ticket id 03233841 and responded
He refunded but not entered in my account, payumoney suggested me to contact customer support android technology pvt ltd but all useless my yet pending now thinking to file my complaint in district consumer forum. Thank you.

I was booking ticket (dated 13 Jul 18 21.30hrs) from book my ticket site. Amount get diducted from my bank, however ticket did not get book. Received below msg “Your payment (id 200175468) of Rs 2402.12 for Anduril technology pvt is successful”. Please check this issue and refund the amount as earliest.
