Dear Sir: While attempting to make a booking of tickets on 3.1.2017 for my wife Janaki G Pillai and me for travel to Ernakulam from Trivandrum on 15 January 2017, an amount of Rs. 729.80 was paid thru my debit card. Payment ID 131890400. The booking had failed and I had to make a fresh booking and pay the same amount again. Unfortunately I have so far not received refund of the amount of Rs 729.80 collected from me. Kindly arrange to refund this amount to me at your earliest convenience and advise me the details thereof. Yours faithfully..Gopinathen Pillai
