I am in possession of the apartment for past two years. There has been perpetual problem of seepage in both the toilets from the ceiling. Despite several complaints the problems have not been permanently rectified. As a result. The seepage problem keeps surfacing frequently. You are requested to get the problem assessed properly to ensure that it is rectified fro good.
