Hi i have taken a plot in ansal sushant megapolis near greater noida in 2012. Still there is no work done in the phase 1 of the project. No possession no updates for the last several years.
Now ansal api team is asking me to change the project and giving me the option of serene residency flat in place of plot. I want the option in gurgaon, sigma road or dwarka but executive is denying it even there is lot of inventory left in these areas.
Kindly help.
