I purchase a flat in Ansal API Lucknow paradise diamond 2 .No work start after 8 year. Company cheating us . No work will start as per Nagaarjun construction company of PD2 .I have tried so many time to contact Ansal but they always said work will start in next 3 month .I have deposited my initial + 1 instalment deemanded after 3-4 year back but no work start .
