I Bibhuti Bhusan Behera a customer of your motorcycle company beg to state the following few lines for your kind consideration of my case.
Sir, I owned a Honda CB125 SHINE SP motorcycle from Anupama Honda authorised dealer situated at Hatatota, Talcher, Dist-Angul, Odisha, Pin-759100 beg to state that I have purchased the above mentioned bike on dt.25.10.2019 and on date 23.10.2020 I went for my final free service i.e the 4th free service to the service station of the dealer after getting the telephonic confirmation for service from the dealer. But when I reached to the service station, they refused me for servicing and they told me to come in free hours i.e in evening hours. They are showing the cause for refusal is that excess people are in queue for servicing and due to corona they are not taking excess people for servicing. Here my point is that if they are not servicing excess people during Puja time & Corona Time, then why they are not obeying the rules & regulations of COVID19 properly. Their staffs, Customers are moving here and there in the campus without mask & social distancing. Even they are not sanitising their showroom & service station area properly. So if they are not obeying the rules & regulations of COVID 19 then how can they refuse for my service after giving telephonic confirmation/approval from the servicing team rather they should refuse me earlier in the telephone. From different sources I came to know that they are doing the same thing with many customers by calling the customers for servicing & then refusing after arrival of customers to the service station before & during corona period. Also the behaviour and treatment of staffs are very rude and very bad. The Manager of the Service centre of Anupama Honda treated me very badly. He is treating customers as if we are under their control and power.
Also I have committed an annual maintenance contract with the dealer for which I have paid Rs.400 in EMI and more Rs.300 is pending from my side. Due to the behaviour, treatment & commitment of Anupama Honda dealer I don’t want to take/continue the services of the dealer and now I want to break the annual maintenance contract in between the last free service. So please give the directions to the dealer to refund me the paid annual maintenance contract emi amount to me otherwise I will go for proper forum against the ANUPAMA HONDA dealer. This is a very bad experience for me with this dealer. Their treatment and behaviour for customers are very poor & of very low quality. I have saved the telephonic conversation with the service station in Oriya .
Therefore I kindly request you to take necessary action against the dealer and give necessary directions to the dealer to refund the amount as quickly as possible.
