rs 13, 25, 000.00 paid in advance to “anuradha construction” for my house construction in land piurchaswd from “bajranj dealmark pvt.Ltd.”
plot no 20, block-c, vedanta city, khata no 556, khasara no 22/1 & 22/3, 2307 sq feet, kandul, raipur, chhatishgarh
all advance payment details for construction to “anuradha construction” for my house construction before construction –

initial on 6/5/2015 first booking amount rs 50, 000.00 paid to “arb realbupild piromotors pvt. Ltd.” in advance amount paid
through state bank cheque number 701117 from acount number 30616668998.
2) rs 3, 50, 000.00 paid to “arb realbupild piromotors pvt. Ltd.”

disaggreed with the construction agreement between me and anuradha constructpion
also refused to construct before any construction and given disaggreed notice
to “anuradha construction” on 30/12/20816 through advocate – amod kumar pathak( 9827193963, 9893330603), bhilai nagar, durg (c.G.) and when asked to refund rs 3, 25, 000.00 from “anuradha construction” through my advocate – amod kumar pathak through notice but “anuradha construction” did not replied any thing then through my advocate – amod kumar pathak i made complaint in consumer court raipiur (c.G.) on 16/3/2017 (consumer court raipur case number = 225/17)
now i want my money back and i need/request you to help from you to get my money back
as in all hearing dates “anuradha construction” is absent, not comming .So i need your help,
please intervain in this and provide me justice.
