Don’t join If you have high salary. Mr.Pranav jha always give salary in delay and give 40%-50% salary only.
He hires me in high salary and only gave me 50% salary.Even before joining he told me several promised like
1.Lead provides from just dial,Google ads,email leads. But after joining he never provided anything and asking for
huge business. At the time of giving salary,He told me to give salary after some days.It was 40 days but still He had not given my salary. I left job without getting single money.
After some day,When I asked for salary He gives 35% of my salary and said that he will give me salary after some day.After 1 month of he gave me 15% of my salary.
He sent several places for meeting and even I used my mobile phone for client conversation.But He never gives me any meeting expense and Phone expense. Worst working environment. Don’t join.
