I posted an Ad in OLX, Hyderabad for Poultry Labour, Sunny that is the name that appeared in the chat box of OLX and referred him as a consultant, SN Services they are into Manpower, Cooks, Home Maid services. He enquired what I am exactly looking out for and I did mention to him clearly that I need only poultry experienced labour and if you can help me in this regard, they said they can provide and their charges are like 4500/- per year per Jodi, I mean One Family + Advance of 14000/- as salary advance to be paid off. The discussion primarily I had with Mr SN Kumar who then introduced me to Mr Venkat who introduced me as the person who does the recruitment. They have shared their Gpay Number + Savings Account No + Aparna Homes Services Equitas Bank details, I waited for a day and then transferred 23K ( This amount includes the service fee for two families & one month salary advance). After the payment they send me messages saying they are trying to reach out to the labour and yet to get confirmation, this went for 3 days and no confirmation yet, after hard discussion with Mr SN Kumar, he confirmed one labour family and when I asked if they are from Poultry and have the experience he said Yes, the labour arrived the next day at my farm and when enquired about the JD ( Job Description) he has no clue and was guided completely wrong by the consultancy. I called immediately to inform Mr SN Kumar and he went on to tell me that they will be able to do it, but I clarified to him that we will not be able to keep them since they don’t match our expectations, however, he made them wait and kept them in my farm for about 5 days, the consultancy has not paid nor given them any advance, indeed Mr SN Kumar called me and said to pay 1000/- and adjust the same in the salary advance. The hunt for labour didn’t end here and i had lost my patience already, i called Mr SN Kumar and told him if he not able to source me the labour better to refund the money for which he agreed though, but till date i didn’t get my money. Called him 100’s times, didn’t respond to my calls, asked my brother, friends to call him, he didn’t respond to anyone, just kept sending messages that he is arranging the money and will pay. Till date he has not answered to my calls and sent only messages of paying money. The reality is that, he is a fake person and like me and many more are duped by this person and the consultancy. I urge the team to please help me get my money and also stringent punished to such consultancy.

I along with others have filed FIR in Hyderabad and also complained the matter with National Cyber Cell. You deserve a stringent punishment.
Ramapuram Sunil Kumar is fraudster and “Aparna Home Services Visakhapatnam” is a fraudulent firm. He trapped you via OLX, QUIKR, and classified ads in News Papers and try to gain your trust by sending his registration certificate, GST etc., He also sends some candidates profiles and convinced you that if you pay the fees they are ready to start by next day.
After receiving the payment, he never ever lift your phones and even blocked your numbers. Please be cautious about “Aparna Home Services” vizag, a fraud company involves in several Cyber Crimes, Cyber Frauds, Online Frauds, OLX frauds, QUIKR frauds, Financial Frauds etc., In both Telugu states through online.
